Hifzul Quran competition held in Raozan

First round of national Hifzul Quran competition 2024-25 of Raozan and Rangunia audition was held in Chattogram’s Raozan upazila on Monday. 10 among 150 participants got the yes card for the second round from Raozan and Rangunia audition.  

Gausul Azam Maizbhandari Hifzul Quran Foundation organised the competition at Dalilabad area in Raozan on the occasion of birth bicentenary of great sufi saint Shah Sufi Syed Ahmad Ullah Maizbhandari, said a press release. 

Incumbent pir of Guasia Ahmadia Manzil Shah Sufi Syed Emdadul Haque Maizbhandari pattronised the competition under the supervision of Darul Irfan Research Institute’s managing trustee Syed Irfanul Haque Maizbhandari, the press release added. 

Anjuman-e Muttabeyen-e Gause Maizbhandari (Shah Emdadia)’s central literary and cultural secretary Salim Ahmad Khan, Chattogram district’s general secretary Sheikh Shakil Mahmud, daruttalim secretary Maolana Muhammad Salah Uddin were present at the programme. 

Earlier on October 30, Incumbent pir of Guasia Ahmadia Manzil Shah Sufi Syed Emdadul Haque Maizbhandari inaugurated national Hifzul Quran competition 2024-25 at Khulshi in Chattogram. The competition will be held at all district and divisional cities followed by Chattogram.
