The World Diabetic Day 2022 was observed in Kurigram with befitting manner.A colorful rally was brought out from Kurigram Diabetic Hospital square in the morning carrying banner on Monday (November 14) and paraded main streets of the district town to mark the day which organized by Kurigram Diabetic Association.
Later a discussion meeting was held and tested diabetic for public free of cost.Kurgram Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Resaul Karim was present as the chef guest while vice president of Diabetic Association also former Mayor of Kurigram municipality was in the chair.
Civil surgeon Dr. Mohammad Monjur-a Morshed and Director General of Diabetic association and also Mayor of Kurigram municipality Kaziul Islam spoke among others.The speakers emphasized to build up awareness about diabetic and urged to save from diabetic for next generation.
