Islamic University Career Club (IUCC) celebrated its 3rd founding anniversary on the campus in Kushtia on Tuesday (17 October).
Marking the day, the members of the club brought out a colorful rally started from the front of Bir Shrestha Hamidur Rahman auditorium of the university around 11 a.m. The rally ended at the same place after parading the main roads of the campus.
Later, a discussion meeting and a cake cutting ceremony were held at the corridor of TSC of the University. Then, the club welcomed the new members and gave a farewell reception to the outgoing members.
IUCC President Farjana Islam Mahee presided over the programme while IU Press Club President Abu Hurira, Vice-President Rumi Noman, IUCC former president Ashikur Rahman and Yeashirul Kabir, Convenor of IU oikyomanch were present as the special guests. Tajnia Ahmed Labanna conducted the event while Secretary of the club Azaharul Islam delivered the welcome speech.
IUCC Organizing Secretary Mutasim Billah Riyad, Office Secretary Rony Saha, Head of Media and Public Relations Pollob Ahmed Siam, and Head of the Higher Study Shihab Uddin were present on the occasion, among others.
IU Career Club started its journey on campus on October 17, 2020, aiming to enrich and broaden the experience of the student community and to enable them to build a career.
