Bangladesh pacer Mohammad Saifuddin defended 21 runs in the final overs as the Tigers won the third T20I of the five-match series by nine runs at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram on Tuesday (7 May).

The win saw the hosts clinch the series as they went 3-0 up in the series, with two matches to go in Dhaka.

Bangladesh scored 165 runs after losing 5 wickets in the scheduled 20 overs after losing the toss at the Zahoor Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong. In response to 166 runs, Zimbabwe could not score more than 165 runs after losing 9 wickets in 20 overs. Faraz Akram scored the highest unbeaten 34 runs for the visitors.
