A decision has been made by the government to keep all public and private schools to remain closed till 27 April due to the extreme heatwave.
The decision was taken considering the health safety of the students going to the schools,Mahbubur Rahman, public relation officer of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education and a top official of the Directorate Of Secondary & Higher Education, said on Saturday (20 April).
All the government schools were supposed to reopen tomorrow after Eid and Pahela Baishakh holidays.
