On Friday (26 April), the “Victory Dictation” event was held at the Russian House in Dhaka, dedicated to the upcoming 79th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945.
Pavel Dvoychenkov, Director of Russian House in Dhaka, in his welcome speech mentioned that the program is being held to attract the general public to study the history of the Great Patriotic War and increase historical literacy.
40 participants took part in the dictation among of them were schoolchildren, students, journalists, etc. The “Victory Dictation” was carried out in the form of testing. In 45 minutes, participants had to answer 25 questions. Participants were awarded memorial certificates after the dictation.
