The Audited Financial Statement for the year 2023 of National Bank Limited was approved and signed in the 498th Meeting of the Board of Directors held at the Bank's head office on Saturday (27 April).
Chairman of the National Bank Limited Dr. Syed Ferhat Anwar chaired the meeting. Parveen Haque Sikder, Director & Chairperson of Executive Committee, Moazzam Hossain, Director & Chairman of Risk Management Committee, Md Serajul Islam, Independent Director & Chairman of Audit Committee Chairman and Lt. General Md. Shafiqur Rahman, OSP (Bar), SPP, AFWC, PSC (retired), Director were present in the meeting while Alhaj Khalilur Rahman, Director and M Kamal Hossain, Independent Director participated the meeting virtually.
Md. Touhidul Alam Khan Managing Director & CEO of National Bank along with other high official of the bank were also present in the board meeting.
