NFS joined the Eid joy of helpless people

The social organization National Friendship Society (NFS) is sharing the joy of Eid with needy people. On Sunday (7 April) the members of the organization organized a program to distribute vermicelli, and sugar to needy people at the Engineer Alley of Mir Hazaribagh in the capital.

Eid items include two kinds of vermicelli, sugar, edible oil, powdered milk, raisins and bath soap.

Meanwhile, the president of the organization, Rahat Hossain, said "Like every year, the members of the National Friendship Society have shared the joy of Eid with the helpless people. According to their ability, they tried to aid poor people by arranging such initiatives. Besides, the members of the organization are offering Eid materials to the homes of many of those who cannot even ask. So that no one could deprived of the joy of Eid. Let the joy of Eid be for everyone, rich and poor. According to the instructions of Bangabandhu's daughter Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, the members of the organization did not arrange any iftar party this time".

He also added "The activities of this organization will continue to establish the human dignity of people and for the sake of humanity. We will play a role in building a smart Bangladesh by strengthening love and bonds between people".

Vice-President Saif Ahmed Soni, Joint General Secretary Sadik Visti, Treasurer Mahbub Alam, Environment Secretary Kazi Shakeel, Executive Member Joseph Uk Nandam Joy and others were also present in the Eid gifts distribution program.
