After the swearing in of the advisors of the interim government, they held their first office on Sunday. Advisors in various offices in the secretariat have taken responsibility. We wish this new journey to be beautiful.
In addition, their primary challenge is to bring efficiency to the various departments of the government which are stagnant. Because Bangladesh has been stuck in the same place for many years in the endless cycle. This time, the corruption of bureaucrats-businessmen-politicians-corruptions must be stopped forever. As well as the culture of looting. The roots of evil must be eradicated forever. Bureaucrats should think about how to eliminate discrimination in power, pay and benefits. Discrimination should be removed in all areas. Leave discrimination in all public and private offices should be removed, either two days weekly leave for all or one day for all. Two days of weekly leave in government offices, and one day of weekly leave in private offices - this discrimination should be stopped immediately and leave should be equal for all. It should be remembered that everyone in the public and private sector is one country.
Two different policies cannot continue in the country. And first of all, by suppressing market syndicates with strict hands, the common people should be given relief by reducing the prices of all products. It will also create people's confidence. Effective measures should be taken quickly to eliminate discrimination in all sectors. It should be remembered that the establishment of a discrimination-free society and state was the main objective of our independence.
The country actually belongs to everyone. Therefore, priority should be given to ensure that every person gets equal opportunities.
The people of the country should be protected from the power of political corruption. Not much has happened. Now people want peace. Human needs should be prioritized.
On the other hand, normalizing the law-and-order situation is also a big challenge of the interim government. So those who are creating unrest must be suppressed with a strong hand. May peace and order return to the country.
The real objective of the new government is to create a safe country for our future generations. It is our hope that success will come quickly in this way.
