Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University has been officially added to the Digital Document (D-Nothi) from Sunday (13 August). Education Minister Dr. Dipu Moni inaugurates this digital journey at UGC's office in Dhaka today.
Education Minister attended the function as the chief guest and announced the auspicious opening of the D-document program. Deputy Minister of Education Mr. Mahibul Hasan Chowdhury, was present as a special guest in the inauguration ceremony at the same time, The Chairman of Bangladesh University Grant Commission Professor Dr. Kazi Shahidullah was present there.
The Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Soumitra Shekhar said in the presentation of the written statement, I express my sincere thanks and gratitude to the authorities for inaugurating the digital document of National Poet Kazi Nazrul Islam University like some other universities in the Bangladesh University Grants Commission. We are confident that Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University will work in the future like today in the future as a whole and from the forefront in establishing Smart Bangladesh.
D-Document Inauguration Ceremony in Public Universities (Second Phase) This program was inaugurated in a total of ten universities including National Poet Kazi Nazrul Islam University. Other universities are: Jahangirnagar University, Islami University, Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, Khulna University of Engineering and Technology, Jagannath University, Jessore University of Science and Technology, Barisal University, Bangladesh University of Professionals and Rangamati University of Science and Technology.
By this journey, Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University has entered D-document as the 14th university in Bangladesh in the digital document program in official document management and record preservation with the aim of building a smart campus. This digital journey of Nazrul University is enviable among more than 150 universities.
