Recently, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has published a written notification allowing them to act. A letter signed by Deputy Secretary (Additional Duties) of the Ministry of Broadcasting Mo Saiful Islam informed about the permission of the Indian artistes to participate in the shooting of Nalini movie and also allowed to send Rs 50 lakh in first installment to India through banking channel against Rs 2 crore for their remuneration and other expenses.
It is reported that the movie will be directed by Ujjal Chatterjee, who has previously produced several movies including 'Bhumika', 'Escape from Taliban', 'Gandhi', 'Kalratri', 'Utthan', 'Swabhumi'.
According to the notification, the Indian actors of Nalini movie are Sharmila Tagore, Sai Manjerkar, Paran Bandyopadhyay, Mahesh Manjerkar, Arjun Chakraborty, Victor Banerjee, Seema Deshmukh, Lily Chakraborty, Badsha Mitra, Ritabhari Chakraborty, Tota Raychoudhury, Samudranil, Shubojit Das and Ranjoy Vishnu.
Dr. Tanima Bhattacharya is the screenwriter of the movie and Sagarika Chatterjee is the script writer. Abhik Mukherjee is in the filming. Along with Indian artists, Bangladeshi artists will perform in it. However, nothing is known about who will act. Regarding the film, the producer informed that this film will ensure the market of Bengali films all over the world. And this movie will play an outstanding role in the process of walking that path.
