Young singer Mimi Alauddin is going to lend her voice for a song in the upcoming children's biopic ‘Sheikh Russeler Artanad’. Confirming the news herself, Mimi said she will do a playback titled ‘Ami Mayer Kache Jabo’ for the children's biopic.
The song is written and composed by Salman Haider, while Ikram Hossain is doing the music arrangement. The movie is being directed by Salman Haider.
Mimi said, "I was in the USA for quite some time. After returning to the country, I was a bit unwell. Now I am completely fine. I am trying to do some new works. Among them, I am going to sing a beautiful song in the movie ‘Sheikh Russeler Artanad’. The recording of the song will be completed soon. I really liked the lyrics and tune of the song.”
“Thanks to the director of the movie and the lyricist and composer of the song, Salman Bhai. I hope this song is going to be one of the most important songs in my singing career. I seek blessings from everyone,” the singer added.
Mimi said she will also lend her voice in another movie titled ‘Deho’.
Mimi mentioned that after the upcoming Eid, she will regularly perform songs at stage shows. Besides, she will also put her efforts into releasing some new original songs.
