Tahsan Khan and Rafiath Rashid Mithila were once a celebrated couple in the entertainment industry. However, their marriage ended in divorce in 2017, and they parted ways. Despite the separation, their friendship and mutual respect remained intact due to their shared responsibility as parents.
Although they maintained a cordial relationship, Tahsan and Mithila were not seen sharing the screen together until a live session on an e-commerce site. Surprisingly, the news has surfaced that they are reuniting for a project – not in real life but on the reel!
The former couple is set to act together in a web series titled 'Baji,' consisting of seven episodes. The series is being made by producer Arifur Rahman, known for his work on the acclaimed film ‘Matir Projar Desh.’
While neither the producer nor the actors have officially commented on the project, they have hinted at revealing further details in due course.
It is reported that the shooting for some episodes of the web series has already been completed. Approximately two months ago, filming took place at a four-star hotel. Apart from Tahsan and Mithila, several other renowned actors have also been cast in the series. Tahsan will portray the character of a cricketer, while Mithila will take on the role of a journalist.
'Baji,' featuring Tahsan and Mithila, is being produced for a local OTT platform, and the series is expected to be released later this year.
