Farhan Ahmed Jovan and Tanjin Tisha are a popular on-screen duo. However, there have been periods when the two abruptly stopped working together for undisclosed reasons. They had not appeared in any new dramas together for the past two years.
Finally breaking that hiatus, the Jovan-Tisha pair is back together on screen. This reunion has been made possible by young director Imroz Shawon. Titled ‘Couple of the Campus’, this special drama is produced under the CMV banner based on a story by Jobaed Ahsan.
In this freshly shot drama, Jovan plays the character of Rakib while Tisha portrays Rida. Both are students of the same university - one leading the sports club and the other heading the cultural club.
The director said, “This does not mean they share a romantic relationship just because they lead two different clubs. The story primarily shows them in conflicting situations. An accident even takes place due to their rivalry. Although a love story at its core, audiences will feel nostalgic revisiting campus life while watching this.”
Producer SK Sahed Ali Pappu informed that ‘Couple of the Campus’ will be released soon on CMV's YouTube channel.
