Dhallywood superstar Shakib Khan has completed 24 years of his film journey. The four-time National Film Award-winning actor started his big screen career with the film ‘Ananta Bhalobasha,’ directed by Sohanur Rahman Sohan, which was released on May 28, 1999.
Starring another newcomer, Erin Zaman, opposite Shakib Khan, ‘Ananta Bhalobasha’ was a commercially successful venture. Shakib Khan didn't have to look back after his first movie release. He has acted in about 250 films to date.
In recent years, it is believed that Shakib Khan's films alone can guarantee producers a refund of their money.
