Sabbir Zaman, popularly known as a singer from the reality music show 'Close Up-1: Tomakei Khujchhey Bangladesh', has proven himself as a music composer and director. Lately, he has been busy with both these roles. In an exclusive interview with Nisha Mahmuda of The Daily Messenger, he shared insights about his work experience and recent projects. Here are some excerpts from the interview:
The Daily Messenger (TDM): What are you currently busy with?
Sabbir: I have recently completed a song and its music video. Besides, I regularly perform in stage shows. Additionally, I will be participating in some stage shows, television shows, and live performances for the upcoming Eid.
TDM: How many television shows do you have planned?
Sabbir: I have confirmed three shows so far.
TDM: Could you tell us about your new song?
Sabbir: I always sing and compose music for my songs myself. However, I have taken on the challenge of writing a song for the very first time in my life. The title of the song is 'O Meye'. I have also composed and arranged the music for the song. The music video was shot in various locations in Cox's Bazar. Ariyoshi Synthia and I have played the roles of models in this music video.
TDM: Have you lent your voice to any new playback songs?
Sabbir: No, I have not done any playback singing."
TDM: How is your personal life going?
Sabbir: By the grace of Allah, we are doing great. I am having a wonderful time with my child and family.
