A voluntary and social organization ‘Durbar Tarunnow’ announced the inauguration of an exceptional program called “Amra Mali” (we are gardener) with the motto ‘I take care of my tree’.
The central president of Durbar Tarunnow, Muhammad Abu Abid, started the journey of the project by planting hundreds of trees in Moghadiya Union of Mirsarai in Chattogram district on Thursday afternoon.
Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babar, the inventor of the only corona prevention booth in Bangladesh, inaugurated the project by connecting virtually as the chief guest. Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babar said, there is no alternative to trees to keep the balance of environment. So both tree planting and its maintenance are important issues. We always welcome all the exceptional ideas of Durbar Tarunnow.
They will keep themselves involved in the overall development of the country. ‘We are gardeners’ is just a show about taking care of trees. This project will be successful if everyone is aware of the care of trees. While speaking about the project, President of Durbar Tarunnow Muhammad Abu Abid said, millions of trees are planted in Bangladesh every year. The number of our members and volunteers across Bangladesh has exceeded 8 thousand. Durbar Tarunnow decided that each of our members will plant a tree and take care of it like a gardener. Our concept is plant and nurture.
The central vice president of Durbar Tarunnow Sheikh Muhammad Arif Ullah Chowdhury, Organizing Secretary Md. Jihadul Islam and other members of the organization Md. Ibrahim, Md. Saddam Hossain, Md. Rubel, Md.Ahidul Islam, Md. Samchuddin, Md. Rumon Mia, Md. Azim Uddin Chowdhury, Md. Manjur Morrshed, Md. Salman, district and local leaders and local dignitaries were present at that time.
The initiators believe that it is possible to make green Bangladesh as well as the world by planting trees and taking care of them by adopting the idea of Durbar Tarunnow’s project.
