The Board of Directors of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC. has recommended 15% dividend for its shareholders for the year ended on December 31, 2023. The dividend distribution will be 10% cash and 5% stock. The decision was taken in the 399th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank held on Thursday (25 April).
Alhajj Abdus Samad Labu honorable, Chairman of the Board presided over the meeting. The Board has also fixed date of the 29th Virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank to be held on 18th August 2024 and Record Date will be 9th June 2023.
Alhajj Abu Naser Mohammad Yeahea Vice Chairman along with other Directors Mohammad Abdus Salam, Alhajj Mahbub Ahmed, Alhajj Md. Abdul Hamid Miah, Alhajj Ahamedul Hoque, Alhajj Niaz Ahmed, Alhajj Mohammad Emadur Rahman, Alhajj Liakat Ali Chowdhury, Alhajj Md. Anowar Hossain, Alhajj Nasir Uddin, Alhajj Md.
