3 houses burnt down in Matlab North. The death of the old woman in fear

3 residential houses were burnt due to short circuit of electricity in Choumuhani village of Durgapur union of Matlab North Upazila.

3 residential houses were burnt in Matlab Uttar Upazila of Chandpur. It is initially estimated that there has been a loss of around 7 lakh rupees. An old woman died in shock after hearing the news of the fire.

It is known that on Sunday, November 14, at 7 o'clock in the evening, a fire broke out in the government house of Choumuhani village of Durgapur union of Matlab Uttar Upazila due to an electrical short circuit and the flames spread throughout the house. Later the fire spread to the house of his brother Suman Sarkar and sister Alo Rani next door.

When Suman Sarkar's son Shrikant saw the fire and screamed, the people nearby ran and brought the fire under control. When the fire service was informed, the locals brought the fire under control before the fire service arrived.Meanwhile, seeing the flames, some people ran and tried to save themselves. Haridasi (95), wife of deceased Kanai Sheel of the neighboring house, ran away from the road in fear and fell into the water. He died there.

Bidhan's wife Kanan Bala said, we were sitting in the next room watching TV. At that time Suman's son Shrikant shouted fire fire. When I came out, the fire spread to 3 houses in a moment. It was not possible to enter the house due to the heat of the fire. I have lost at least 3 lakh rupees due to fire.

Suman Sarkar said, there was a loss of 2 lakh rupees along with the fridge cupboard and furniture in my house. Alo Rani said, unable to bear the torture of her husband, she took refuge in her father's house with her 2 children. The fire took away my shelter. I am lonely now. I have a loss of around 2 lakh rupees.Hearing this news, local UP member Hasmat Ali Pradhan and police station visited the spot.
