Newly elected Board of Directors of Shippers’ Council of Bangladesh (SCB) for the term 2024 & 2025 led by its Chairman, Md. Rezaul Karim paid a courtesy call on Commerce State Minister Ahasanul Islam Titu, MP at his own office of the Ministry of Commerce on Sunday (26 May).
SCB Vice Chairman Ganesh Chandra Saha Directors- Syed Md. Bakhtiar & Lokapriya Barua also attended the meeting.
At the beginning SCB Chairman & Board of Directors congratulate and handed over a flower bouquet and SCB crest to State Minister for receiving the responsibility of the Commerce Ministry. SCB Chairman introduced the Board of Directors and highlighted the activities of the Council. Chairman said, the current government has taken commendable steps in Business-Friendly approach, simplification of Trade procedures, support to exporters and export products & markets. He hopes that the activities of Ministry of commerce will be more sustainable and dynamic under the leadership of the Minister of State.
